What is SmoothPay?
Momentum Energy customers can choose SmoothPay on select plans. This payment option is a great solution to manage your budget and avoid seasonal peaks and troughs on your energy bill.
It works by predicting your energy usage over the next 12 months and smoothing out the cost into consistent payment amounts over that period. Momentum will adjust your SmoothPay amounts to reflect any differences in your actual and predicted usage so your payments are as smooth and accurate as possible.
SmoothPay is currently available on the Suit Yourself residential electricity and gas plan and Momentum business energy plans.
