How Can I Donate Without Spending a Cent?
We have partnered with icause to create a brand new way to raise money – Switch and Donate. All you have to do is choose an icause campaign to support, or launch your own crowdfunding campaign, and when you switch electricity and gas or internet providers with CheapBills, we’ll donate 30% of the commission to your nominated campaign.
For example, if you compare energy plans from our preferred energy providers – EnergyAustralia, ActewAGL, CovaU, Tango Energy, Blue NRG and EnergyLocals – and decide to switch electricity and gas plans then $87 will be donated to your chosen campaign. A donation of upwards of $500 can be made by switching multiple different services, such as NBN connections, Pay TV and health insurance.

Yes! Setting up an icause campaign is fast, free, simple and available to EVERYONE. It is perfect for all types of campaigns, big and small, such as charities, communities, schools, sports clubs and individuals.Â
It only takes a few clicks to launch your campaign. You simply create an icause account using your email address or Facebook, then you will be guided through the rest of the process. You’ll need to have some details ready including your name, DOB, bank account details for the funds to be deposited and your campaign details such as a fundraiser name, personal message, images and videos.
You can create short campaigns to reach a specific goal, plan fundraising events or set up a dedicated page for ongoing fundraising.Â
